Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist serves as the primary contact for our client's payroll needs and will manage client payroll changes such as new hire on-boarding, salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and payroll deductions. The payroll specialist is expected to build and maintain relationships with clients. The applicant must be able to function in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure that the client's expectations are met.

HR Coordinator

The human resource coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource processes at Simpeo and the client companies as needed. The human resource coordinator makes sure that certain plansare administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role also administers team member health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between the team members, the executive leadership team, and within the client companies. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including payroll, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entryand compliancefor Simpeo and their client companies.

HR Advisor

The Human Resources and PEO Advisor provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource processes at Simpeo and the client companies as needed. This positionmakes sure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role also administers team member health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between the team members, the executive leadership team, and within the client companies. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including payroll, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry and compliance for Simpeo and their client companies. This role services as a central contact for information specific to human resources policies and procedures for client companies.
