The Department of Labor released the attached poster that should be used for notifying employees about their rights under the new FFCRA (Families first Coronavirus Response Act). The law’s paid sick time provision requires employers to post a notice, in a public place on your premises, informing employees of the sick time available to them. Please be sure that employees working remotely receive this notice as well.
